As a chef and entrepreneur with over 20 years of experience in the culinary industry, my passion for the art of cooking has been a driving force in my life. I have dedicated my career to not only honing my skills but also sharing my love for the craft with others.

I have been blessed with the opportunity to empower individuals in the Adams County community to discover their own passion for the culinary arts and to help them succeed in their culinary careers and businesses. I’ve developed a comprehensive curriculum that results in articulated college credits. I also assist our culinary students in Skills USA, where they compete and earn medals every year.
